These terms apply to ListingFlow, run by JG Intl Trade LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older. If you use the site for a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for that business.
Your account
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- Tell us right away at sean@resellerengine.io if you think someone else used your account.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to break the law, send spam, upload harmful code, access other people's data or accounts, overload or copy the service, or infringe anyone's rights.
Your content
What you upload or submit stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run the service for you. You confirm you have the rights to anything you upload.
Copyright complaints (DMCA and takedown requests)
If you believe something on this site infringes your copyright, send a notice to our copyright agent at sean@resellerengine.io (subject "Copyright notice") or by mail to JG Intl Trade LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Include: the work you own, the exact page or link of the material, your name and contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized, a statement that your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or allowed to act for the owner, and your signature. We remove or disable the material when the notice is valid, tell the person who posted it, and close the accounts of repeat infringers. If your material was removed by mistake, you can send us a counter-notice with the same details. For Canada, we also follow the notice-and-notice rules of the Copyright Act.
Paid plans
If we offer a paid plan, the price, billing period and what is included are shown before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your account or by emailing sean@resellerengine.io; cancelling stops the next renewal. Refunds follow the plan's terms and the consumer protection law that applies to you.
Other companies' names and services
Names and marks of other companies, including Amazon, belong to their owners. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them unless we say so. Their own terms apply to your accounts with them.
No guarantee of results
Information, tools and suggestions on this site, including AI-generated ones, are guidance only. Sales, rankings and other results depend on many things outside our control. The site is provided "as is", and we do not promise it will always be available or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, JG Intl Trade LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived, including Quebec's Consumer Protection Act.
Ending use
You can stop using the site at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as liability and copyright) continue after that.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, unless the consumer law where you live says otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms. We change the date at the top, and for important changes we tell you on this page or by email before they apply.
